I like to think about WHO I’m helping and organize my services around that person. The primary people I help are:

Problem-Solvers: Anyone in any organization who wants to get better at solving problems with proven methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, and/or DMAIC
Continuous Improvement Leaders: Master Black Belt or equivalent in a fully-dedicated position that is responsible for designing, deploying and sustaining a continuous improvement in any organization.
Leaders as Coaches: Leaders, Supervisors, Managers, and Black Belts as coaches in any industry who wants to be better at growing and coaching problem solvers.
