About Tracy
General
Tracy O'Rourke is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, co-author of The Problem-Solver’s Toolkit, and Co-Founder of the Just-in-Time Cafe—a hub for continuous improvement practitioners. She’s also the Co-Producer and Co-Host of the Just-in-Time Cafe Podcast, a Lean Six Sigma Instructor at UC San Diego, and an unapologetic process improvement zealot (with a flair for parody music videos).

With over 25 years of experience, Tracy has helped organizations drive cultural change, build leadership capability, align strategy, and embed process excellence. For more than two decades, she has trained over 5,000 people and mentored thousands of problem solvers on root cause analysis, process improvement, and operational transformation.

Her expertise spans executive strategy sessions, speaking engagements, and hands-on facilitation of Process Walks and Kaizen Events. Whether she’s coaching frontline teams or advising senior leaders, Tracy brings energy, clarity, and a deep commitment to results.
